Hello, I am a lifelong entrepreneur with experience owning and operating four companies, including an Ayurvedic Medical Spa in Southern California. My entrepreneurial journey spans product development, sales management, and market introduction of products and services.

As a brand and marketing strategist, certified business and relationship coach, published author, and mental health educator certified by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in five of their signature teaching programs, I have had the privilege of making a positive impact across diverse spheres, including with medical students.

My expertise in complementary medicine is reinforced by academic and professional training in Ayurvedic Medicinal Treatment Modalities, Holistic Lifestyle Nutrition Training, and Macrobiotics Dietary Programs.

Nationally Certified in Compassionate Communication and Wellness Recovery Action Plan. I bring a deep understanding of empathetic dialogue and proactive wellness strategies. These certifications empower me to support and communicate effectively, fostering meaningful connections and resilience.

I’m also a proud mom of two adult children who have embarked on their artistic paths—one as an opera singer in Germany, and the other as a video producer in Washington, DC.
